payment:
we use PayPal for all transactions. it's quick, easy and safe. simply choose the options offered and press "add to cart". the PayPal shopping cart can be viewed at any time by pressing "view cart".

a PayPal account is not required, payments may be made via PayPal by credit card.

california residents pay an additional 8.75% sales tax.


shipping:

at this time all prices include a flat shipping rate via USPS priority mail in the continental usa. please note that we do not take international orders or ship to addresses outside of the usa at this time.

if you need rush shipping, send us an email before the order has been placed and we can work something out.

please allow approximately 5-21 days for delivery. depending on our production schedule, you may get it earlier, however we cannot promise exact delivery dates due to suppliers and other factors. all effort is made to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible.


returns / exchanges:

we want you to be happy with your purchase. if you need to return or exchange an item please send us an email with a note about the item and the problem and we will reply with return instructions. please do not return items without a prior email.

please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from the original shipping date of an order.

all returned or exchanged items must be in unused and resellable condition. no refunds or exchanges will be given for used items.

we do not cover return or exchange shipping expenses. exchanges will have a flat shipping cost of $3.50 per item. refunds will be issued to the buyer's PayPal account or credit card used in the original purchase only.

note: underwear is NOT returnable under any circumstances. all underwear item sales are FINAL.
